Caprese Stuffed Burger Patties

THIS is full of flavor, Italian Caprese stuffed burger patties leaving you feeling like you just ate at a restaurant. Yet so quick and EASY to make!


  • garlic powder, organic to taste
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • onion powder, organic to taste
  • 1 lbs. beef, ground, free-range or grass-fed, organic
  • 2 turkey bacon, nitrate-free organic
  • 8 tomatoes, grape, fresh, organic
  • 4 oz. cheese, mozzarella, whole fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1/4 c. basil, fresh, organic


Season meat and mix with hands. divide mixture into 8 equal parts.

mold patties thin in the middle and thicker on the out sides.

Layer turkey bacon, tomato, cheese and basil on 4 patties

cover patties with remaining 4 patties and pinch sides together

grill on george foreman grill for 6-8 mins serve with side salad of choice
