Rosalene's Oat Pancakes

Yummy oat pancakes suitable for all occasions. My non BD friends can't believe I can eat these and stay trim. My most asked for recipe.


  • 60 ml yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1/4 milk, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured cows, organic
  • 3/4 c. oats, old fashioned rolled, dry, organic
  • 1/2 oz. almond meal, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda, pure
  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 2 raisins, organic


Mix yoghurt and milk, and warm slightly. Add oats and leave till milk/yoghurt absorbed. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in three dollops on medium heat girdle greased with coconut oil, turning when bubbles appear; bout five minutes each side.

Serving Suggestions • 1 teaspoon maple syrup and 1 teaspoon butter. 1 fat • 1 rasher pork bacon fried in coconut oil. 1 protein • 20 grape tomatoes caramelised by baking with coconut oil 1 carb
