The perfect dessert for Valentine's Day!
Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Break up chocolate into smaller pieces. Melt in a double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Dip each strawberry halfway (or a little more) into the melted chocolate. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Place the chocolate-covered strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set (about 30 minutes).
