Sprouted Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yummy dark chocolate chip cookies made with sprouted flour


  • 1 c. flour, sprouted whole wheat, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda, pure
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/4 c. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1/4 c. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 1/2 c. coconut sugar, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, organic
  • 1 lrg. egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 3/4 chocolate chips, dark, 70%, raw, organic


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, mix coconut oil, butter, coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice), vanilla, and egg until well-mixed (-30 seconds).
  4. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients and blend on medium speed until well mixed.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop a rounded T. onto an un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
