This delicious recipe is created by Finnish Birkkalan tila, they spesialize in spelt products and offer many recipes for spelt.
Add sunflowerseeds, salt, honey, herbs and oil to warm water. Add the spelt flour (with dry yest added) gently mixing. Bake right away into three small baquettes. Let them rise.
Make deep diagonal slashes across loaves and bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven 392 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius.
I cut the loaves into 10 slices, so that makes total of 30 slices. I made one serving in this recipe 2 slices.
