Vanilla Bean Custard

Delicious both as a dessert or for breakfast!


  • 1 c. cashews, raw, organic
  • 1 1/4 c. water, purified
  • 1 tsp. vanilla, ground, organic
  • 1/4 c. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 tbs. arrowroot powder, organic
  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure


Combine all ingredients in a small pot. Heat slowly until thick and warm.

Can be served either warm or cold. Enjoy!
