Crispy skin with fall of the bone meat!

  • 4 chicken leg, free-range, organic
  • 3 spg. rosemary, fresh, organic
  • 4 spg. thyme, fresh, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste

Wash chicken legs and season with salt and pepper. Layer chicken legs in a single layer. If your crockpot is not large enough, layer on top allowing as much space a possible (kind of like lego logs). Place rosemary and thyme sprigs on top. Set on low for 6 hours. Remove herb stems and serve.
