Gluten-Free Almond Flour Pancakes

My whole family loves this recipe!


  • 1 c. almond flour
  • 2 egg
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tbs. honey, raw
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil


Combine the eggs, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk everything together. Add the almond flour, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and combine well. Heat a large pan over a medium heat, add a bit of coconut oil or butter to coat and pour batter, quickly turning the pan around to spread the pancake over the whole pan.
Cook about 1 minute, flip, and cook for another minute on the other side.
