Raw Nut and Seed Pate

Serve this in romaine leaves, roll it up in chard leaves, and put it on flat breads!


  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds, raw, unsalted, organic
  • 1/4 c. walnuts, raw, organic
  • 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds or pepitas, organic
  • 1 c. carrot, fresh, organic
  • 3 stlk. celery stalk, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. currants, dried, organic
  • 1/2 c. green onion, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. ginger, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric, ground, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic


Soak the nuts and seeds for 8 hours (or overnight), drain and rinse.

Place nuts and seeds in food processor. Process until finely chopped.

Mix together with the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
