Quick and easy seafood salad I make at the office.

  • 4 oz. salmon, smoked, wild-caught
  • 1 avocado, fresh, organic
  • 2 oz. crabmeat, lump, sustainably raised
  • 2 oz. calamari, fresh
  • 1 head lettuce, romaine, organic
  • 2 c. spinach, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 2 tsp. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • 1/3 c. cheese, parmesan, raw, organic
  • 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds or pepitas, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, powder, organic
  • 1 med. tomatoes, red, fresh, organic
  • black pepper, ground, organic to taste
  • 2 c. arugula, fresh, organic

Mixed all the ingredients together and enjoy!
