Orange Roughy in Scallion and Ginger Sauce

  • 2/3 c. sherry, cooking
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce, wheat-free, organic
  • 1/8 c. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1/2 c. green onion, fresh, organic
  • 2 tsp. ginger, fresh, organic
  • 2 tsp. garlic, fresh, organic
  • 4 orange roughy, fresh, wild-caught


Preheat the oven to 400°F (205 degrees C). Mix the sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Place the fish fillets in an ovenproof casserole dish. Drizzle the marinade over the fish and bake for 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
