So easy and yummy! My favorite way to make tilapia! And my kids even love it :)

  • 2 lbs. tilapia, fresh, wild-caught
  • 3 oz. cheese, parmesan, raw, organic
  • 1/4 c. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 1/4 c. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice, pure, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. basil, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder, organic

Preheat broiler. Grease broiling pan or line with foil.

Mix together Parmesan cheese, butter, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice. Season with spices, mix well, and set aside.

Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper to taste and broil 4-5 minutes on each side. Top with Parmesan mixture and broil an additional 3-5 minutes, until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with a fresh salad or brown/wild rice.
