These taste a lot like Lara Bars!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, egg, almond flour, honey, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well until fully combined. Press mixture into a baking dish (9x13"). Spread it around well with a spatula. Bake for 12 minutes, until the edges start to brown. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Counts are based on cutting into 16 bars. Each bar also contains between 1/3 and 1/2 carb serving.
