You probably know about green tea, but did you know that fennel seed also has numerous health beneficial as well. Look into it, then blend these two together and the tea is not only healthy but tastes great!
Simply place the seeds in a small strainer over your tea cup adding water enough to cover seeds. Let steep for 2-3 minutes then add coconut sugar if using. Sometimes I like using up to a tsp of seeds, the aroma is great and it is very refreshing.
