Apple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oats

This is a quick and easy breakfast meal that I make on Sunday to have breakfast ready for the whole week.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. oats, steel cut, dry, organic
  • 7 med. apple, red, fresh, organic
  • 3 c. water, purified
  • 1 tbs. cinnamon, ground, organic

Directions

Peel, core, and cut apples into bite size pieces; throw into your crock pot. Pour in water. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and add steel cut oats. Set crock pot on high for 3 hours, or low for 6-7 hours, and let it do all the work! Serving size is 3/4 cup.
