Cashew Cream Frosting

A vegan frosting for almost any cake.


  • 3/4 c. cashews, raw, organic
  • 1/4 c. water, purified
  • 4 tbs. maple syrup, pure, organic
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract, organic
  • 1/2 lime, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/4 c. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic


Blend all ingredients except coconut oil until smooth.

Add coconut oil and continue to blend until creamy.

Chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator or until firm and spreadable. Enjoy!
