no bake oatmeal cookies


  • 1/2 c. almond butter
  • 1/3 c. honey, raw
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 c. sprouted whole grain cereal


add almond butter, honey, vanilla and stir well then add other ingredients, put in refrigerator. for 30 minutes. then press and roll into balls. keep in refrigerator up two 2 weeks, they won't last that long!
