Cool & fresh, this Greek yogurt is lightly sweetened with coconut nectar then mixed with fresh organic grapes & blueberries. It is finished off with a few slivered almonds for some crunch.
Mix the coconut nectar and yogurt until well blended. Stir in the blueberries to coat then top with the grapes & almond slivers. I usually use this as a snack, but sometimes I add enough almonds to count as my third protein (1/2 oz) and use it for breakfast. This is sweet enough to also use as a dessert.
