This is a wonderful alternative to cranberry sauce.

  • 1 whole cranberries, dried, organic
  • 2 orange, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped, your favorite, organic
  • stevia, loose to taste

Chop frozen cranberries in food processer. Add oranges a few pieces at a time, add nuts. Once all items are chopped stop processing. Stir in sweetener to taste. I like mine quite tart - very little sweetener. It is yummy! I have been making this for many years. It is a family favourite. The original recipe had sugar which I substituted sweetener for.
