Cranberry Sauce with a Twist

This year, try adding some fresh ginger to your cranberry sauce. Believe it. It's surprisingly delicious.


  • 3 1/2 c. cranberries, dried, organic
  • 1/2 c. water, purified
  • 1 sml. orange zest, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger, fresh, organic
  • stevia, loose to taste


Combine cranberries, water, and orange zest in a sauce pan and boil gently until cranberries have popped and thickened.

Add stevia to taste.

Add 1/4 teaspoon ginger, and stir for a couple of minutes. Taste, and add more ginger if desired.
