Quick, Easy, and Delicious alternative for pizza lovers!

  • 2 lrg. mushrooms, white, organic
  • 2 tbs. garlic, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce, organic
  • 1/2 c. cheese, mozzarella, whole fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 2 oz. sausage, chicken, Italian-style, free-range, organic
  • 2 oz. pepperoni, turkey, free-range, organic

Remove stems from mushrooms Spread 1 Tbsp of garlic in each mushroom Fill with sauce, top with mozzarella, sausage and pepperoni Bake at 350 for 20 minutes Absolutely delicious!
