Italian Beef

This Italian beef pulls apart and is perfect with fresh vegetables or to make into little sandwiches.


  • 2 clove garlic, fresh, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 3 lbs. beef, chuck roast, grass-fed, organic
  • 1 1/2 c. water, purified
  • 2 tbs. basil, fresh, organic
  • 2 bay leaf, organic
  • 1 1/2 tbs. oregano, fresh, organic
  • 1 tbs. red pepper flakes, crushed, organic


Place a 2-5 pound roast in the crockpot. Mix all the seasonings in the water and pour over the meat. Set the crockpot on high, and let cook for at least 6 hours. The longer the better!
