An easy gluten-free replacement for pumpkin pie lovers. Works as a side dish - tasty and not too sweet.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease ovenproof serving dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Mix pumpkin in bowl with eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Pour pumpkin mixture into greased dish. Sprinkle chopped pecans and drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter on top. Bake for about 40 minutes or until set.
