Salmon and Chickpea Patties

Seriously good salmon and chickpea patties served on a bed of spring lettuce drizzled with lemon.


  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbs. chickpea flour
  • 1/4 c. milk, raw or organic
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill weed
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 dsh. pepper sauce
  • 2 oz. canned salmon


Mix all ingredients together to make medium thick batter. Form into four patties. Fry in coconut oil, over medium heat, approximately five minutes each side. Serve on a bed of fresh spring lettuce drizzled with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Enjoy!
