Juicy homemade pickles!

  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • 2 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 3 garlic, fresh, organic
  • 4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed, organic
  • 1 tsp. coriander seed, organic
  • 3/4 c. dill weed, fresh, organic
  • 2 c. water, purified
  • 2 cucumber, fresh, organic

In a large measuring cup, combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, and dill seeds (3/4 teaspoon) with hot water and stir until the well combined and salt is dissolved. Let the mixture cool.

In a separate large bowl, toss the cucumbers (sliced 1/4 inch thick) with dill and garlic. Pour the brine over the cucumbers and turn to coat. Place a small plate over the cucumbers to keep them submerged, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate over night, stirring a time or two.

Enjoy your pickles!
