Smoked Salmon Dip

A lovely dip for spreading on rye crackers or swg bread for a quick snack or as part of lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. salmon, smoked, wild-caught
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice, pure, organic

Directions

Put all ingredients in a small blender or food processor and blitz for 3 minutes until smooth-ish (a few lumpy bits are OK).

You can refrigerate this or eat straight away.

Eating suggestions: - spread on rice crackers, swg bread, Romaine lettuce leaves for a nice snack - dip carrot or celery sticks
