A delicious way to eat greek yogurt. I like to add this on top of Indian spiced lentils.
Chop cucumber, place in colander and sprindle with the coarse salt. Toss, drain well for 30 min. Rinse with cold water, drain. Place cucumber on several layers of paper towel. Let stand 5 min, pressing down occasionally.
Combine cucumber, yogurt and remaining ingredients.
Let chill in fridge for at lease 20 min to develop flavors.
