Healthy low carb steak dinner
Rub salt and coconut oil on pork steak. Let sit for 15 minutes. Cook in a pan over medium heat, 3 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, combine diced tomatoes and jalapeno peppers in another pan. Add 1/2 cup of water, and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour tomato/pepper sauce into the pan containing the pork, and continue to cook for 2 more minutes.
