Pear and Pecan Coconut French Toast

A delicious dairy free treat for breakfast with no guilt.


  • 1/2 oz. pecans
  • 2 tsp. shredded coconut
  • 1 tbs. flax seeds
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 2 slc. sprouted whole grain bread, from organic grains
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut sugar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 med. pear


Mix the egg, cinnamon, coconut sugar, and salt on a plate and coat both sides of each slice of bread. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Cook bread coated in egg mixture for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden. Layer toast on your plate with peeled and sliced pears, pecans, shredded coconut, and flax seeds. Top with maple syrup. Conquer the universe!
