Parmesan pecan crusted Tilapia

Tasty topping for fish!


  • 1 lbs. tilapia, fresh, wild-caught
  • 2 tbs. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 1/4 c. chili pepper, habanero, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. oats, whole, dry, organic
  • 1/2 c. cheese, parmesan, raw, organic


Leave butter out to soften slightly. Combine butter, pecans, oats, and Parmesan in a bowl. Mix until butter is blended well. Top Tilapia with crumbles of mixture. Back 30 minutes. Delicious!
