Rainbow Salad - a nice alternative to leafy green salad. (includes fresh cauliflower, red cabbage, carrots, and broccoli). Serve with 3 - 4 oz. of your favorite protein meat.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. dried cherries
  • 1/2 c. honey, raw
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl Mix honey and vinegar, add to salad
