A delicious and healthy protein-packed snack.

  • 1 banana, fresh, organic
  • 2 oz. walnuts, raw, organic
  • 1/3 scp. protein powder, vanilla
  • cinnamon, ground, organic to taste
  • stevia, loose to taste

Peel banana and discard peel. Mash the banana until it is gooey. (I used a bowl and a large, strong spoon.) Add chopped walnuts, protein powder, cinnamon, and stevia. Stir to mix well.
