A delicious and healthy protein-packed snack.


  • 1 med. banana
  • 2 oz. walnuts
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1/3 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla
  • stevia to taste


With a large spoon, mash the banana in a small bowl until it forms a gooey consistency. Add chopped walnuts, protein powder, cinnamon, and stevia. Stir to mix well.
