A wonderful, energizing, satisfying breakfast treat! Easy to modify for any metabolism type.


  • 4 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. cooked steel cut oats
  • 1/2 oz. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. berries
  • stevia to taste


Combine ingredients, stir to mix well, and enjoy!
