Mexican Pasta Skillet

Great alternative for taco nights!


  • 1 lbs. beef, ground, free-range or grass-fed, organic
  • 2 c. salsa, fresh made, organic
  • 1 c. tomato sauce, organic
  • 1 1/2 c. water, purified
  • 8 oz. pasta, macaroni, brown rice, organic
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, mild, raw, organic


In a large skillet, brown beef over medium-high heat. Drain.

Stir in salsa, tomato sauce, and water. Heat to boiling. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender.

Stir in cheese (optional), and serve warm.

Note: Use spelt, quinoa, or brown rice pasta.
