This yummy banana almond butter goes great with apples.

  • 1/2 lbs. almonds, organic, raw
  • 1/2 c. banana, fresh, organic
  • 1/8 c. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined and pure to taste

Soak almonds overnight. Remove skins and place in food processor (i use a vitamix.. and LOVE IT)
add 1/2 cup frozen bananas add in sweetener of your choice

Blend in food processor until desired consistency. i've made this both in creamy and chunky textures. You decide your preference.


Variations: add in 1/4 cup organic walnuts for a slightly different taste.
