Breakfast in a Glass

I like this because it is quick and east. It is very filling too.


  • 1/2 c. oats, whole, dry, organic
  • 6 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 2 tbs. chia seeds, organic
  • 1 coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned
  • stevia, liquid to taste


I put the oatmeal and chai seeds in my coffee grinder to grind. Put that into the blender along with the other ingredients. Pour into glass and enjoy! Feel free to add more coconut milk if needed.
