Savory Eggs with Noodles

Satisfying dish with eggs, cheese and quinoa pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. quinoa, white, organic
  • 2 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 tsp. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 1 oz. cheese, any type, raw, organic
  • 1 seasoning or spices of your liking

Directions

Cook quinoa pasta as directed on package. Drain.

Scramble the eggs. Season to taste (I like salt or garlic salt, and pepper)

Grate cheese.

In the fry pan, melt butter, add noodles, eggs and top with cheese. Cook until eggs are done to your taste.
