A nice creamy dressing and a healthy light lunch salad with 3 Proteins. Add more shrimp if you need more Proteins.
Mix together the yogurt, red pepper flakes, vinegar, garlic, onion, sea salt, black pepper, and thyme to make dressing. Serve over cut-up Romaine and Cucumber. Top with Shrimp and Cheese.
