Shrimp Cucumber Salad/Creamy Greek Yogurt Dressing by Vi

A nice creamy dressing and a healthy light lunch salad with 3 Proteins. Add more shrimp if you need more Proteins.


  • 1/4 c. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1 dsh. red pepper flakes, crushed, organic
  • 2 oz. shrimp, cooked, wild-caught
  • 1 tsp. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • 1 tsp. garlic, fresh, organic
  • 2 tsp. onion, any type, organic
  • 1 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 dsh. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. lettuce, romaine, organic
  • 1 cucumber, fresh, organic
  • 1 oz. cheddar cheese, mild, raw, organic


Mix together the yogurt, red pepper flakes, vinegar, garlic, onion, sea salt, black pepper, and thyme to make dressing. Serve over cut-up Romaine and Cucumber. Top with Shrimp and Cheese.
