A good no dairy, no gluten, no sugar chocolate cake. I made a change to the recipe use arrowroot instead of xanthum gum
Pre heat oven to 350 deg, grease and flour a 9x13x2 pan ( use coconut oil to grease and some flour mix to dust pan. Mix all the liquid in a mixer bowl on low. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. Then slowly add dry ingredients liquid in mixer bowl on low speed. Turn mixer up to med speed for 1 min, stop mixer scrape bowl and mix for 30 seconds. Pour batter into pan and bake for 45 min or till a cake tester or tooth pick comes out clean. Let cool on rack till warm. Invert on rack and then onto a cake dish or cut in pan. You can dust with a little powder stevia after it is cool (you can make powdered stevia by putting some in a food processor and pulsing a few times).
