Protein-packed pumpkin pie in smoothie form!


  • 1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla
  • 1/2 c. pumpkin puree, canned
  • 1 c. almond milk
  • 1 med. frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice


Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
