Home made Muesuli

This recipe is for those who have no time to cook breakfast, because it needs no cooking and it is healthy too, and also the apricots helps constipation and the oats help to lower your cholesterol


  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
  • 2 c. oats, whole, dry, organic
  • 2 c. barley flakes
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. hazelnuts
  • 1 c. almonds
  • 1 c. dried apricot
  • 2 c. dried apples
  • 1 c. coconut flakes


In a non stick frying pan put the pumpkin and sunflower seed and cook over a medium heat for 3 minutes or until golden, tossing the seeds regularly to prevent them burning Mix the toasted seeds with the remaining ingredients and leave to cool. Store in an airtight container

You can take a 1 cup of this Muesli in a small bowl as a serving with cold home made coconut milk you can also add some berries
