Isabel's Yummy Protein & Chia Seed Pudding

My own ridiculously delicious concoction and even though I have had people tell me it looks really weird, you know me by now...I've never cared what other people think.


  • 1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds, organic
  • 4 tbs. coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned


Just mix all ingredients together. Sometimes I eat it right away for a quick fix, but due to the nature of chia seeds, the longer you let it sit (stirring it every 10 minutes or so) up to 45 minutes the more "pudding" consistency it will become.
