Pear Cottage Cheese Salad

Here is a way to get your protein without eating meat.


  • 2 med. pear, fresh, organic
  • 2 stlk. celery, fresh, organic
  • 1/3 c. pecans, raw, organic
  • 2 c. cottage cheese, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger, ground, organic


Chop pears, celery, and pecans. Combine with cottage cheese in a large bowl. Season with ginger. Chill until serving.
