Energy boosting fruit Smoothie with combination of fiber, antioxidants, and protein.
Crush the seeds in blender. Add fresh or frozen berries, banana, kiwi, nectarine, water and pulse until you have a smoothie made to the consistency you like. Pour in glasses and share with someone (or split in half and freeze the half you are not drinking) Enjoy!
