Roasted Cauliflower

Yummy side dish!


  • 1 med. cauliflower
  • 3 clove garlic
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Add minced garlic, and stir to distribute. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in an oven-proof baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle cauliflower with sea salt and pepper.

Bake cauliflower, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are lightly brown. Test with a fork for desired doneness - fork tines should be able to easily pierce the cauliflower. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
