A protein types dream :)
Add olive oil to a large skillet or wok on med-low heat and add crushed garlic and saute until garlic browns (3-5 minutes usually) Add chopped veggies (except tomato) and stir fry until the onion is transparent, usually about 5-10 minutes. Add in cooked sausage 3 pieces or 20 ounces, tomato and vinegar and cook another 3-4 minutes until sausage is heated through. Sprinkle with raw cheese and enjoy :)
This is another one of my favorite TV dinners, heats up great in the toaster oven or even on a skillet or steamer.
