I love stir fry because its easy, freezes well, makes great leftovers and most of all...there are NO RULES!

  • 16 oz. turkey, ground, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 4 c. celery, onions, and carrots, organic
  • 2 tbs. ginger, fresh, organic
  • 4 garlic, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. chicken stock, organic, free-range
  • 2 tbs. tamari, organic
  • 1/4 c. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • 3 tbs. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured

Brown the ground turkey in a pan and set aside. Sometimes I'll make "meatballs" out of this if I prefer. In a big skillet or wok, melt butter and add smashed garlic cloves and let saute for 1-2 minutes. Add in veggies and ginger and saute for a few minutes until onion is transparent. Add chicken stock, tamari sauce and apple cider vinegar and cooked turkey and simmer on med-low heat until most liquid cooks out (about 5-10 min) Serve and enjoy :) Scallions, chives or sesame seeds are great toppers for this dish.

This is one of the recipes that I freeze to make a "TV" dinner out of when life gets hectic
