Ham and Cottage Cheese Wrap

Quick and easy high protein meal.


  • 1 tortilla, sprouted whole grain, organic
  • 3 oz. ham, nitrate-free, nitrite-free, grass-fed
  • 2 tbs. cottage cheese, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 tsp. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 tsp. mustard, any type, organic
  • 1/4 sml. tomatoes, red, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 cucumber, fresh, organic


Mix the honey and mustard together (add your own ingredients if you want). Add it to your wrap with the rest of your ingredients.
