My grandson just love these with butter and syrup. I, myself, eat them plain. This really makes about 8-9 pancakes using a 1/4 measuring cup for dipping batter which breaks down to about 0.33 Carbs and about 0.5 protein each. I don't think anyone can eat all of it in one sitting.
Mix dry ingredients. In mixing bowl, mix well, eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla, and a little of the water. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. If batter is to thick add more water and mix again. Continue that until you get the consistancy you want. I do not really know how long this took to make since I never time it but I could not enter this recipe without putting in prep and cook time. Just know it takes the same amount of times as any other pancakes:) I refrigerate the extras and they heat up well. The Spelt Four equals 3 Carbs. Hope my calculations are right.
